Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted fulfillment partners and ship from various locations, including the United States and overseas, depending on the product. Your order may arrive in one or more packages depending on availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, please email us at info@briskzy.com within 12 hours of ordering for any changes or cancellations. After 12 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped, but you can still return it for a full refund after it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. (During holidays or major sales, processing may take slightly longer.)
